As a break from designing, I went on to look at what colours I'd like to use. Green stuck out most to me because I don't think we see enough green garments in shops. It can be such a rich colour and I think most shades of green will suit most people, so I'm not sure why it's not common to see. Green is also such a natural colour so I think it would compliment my concept of embroidery which can be very organic. The other colour I'm really feeling is red, because it works well with green, and it's a colour that exudes confidence. I like the idea of a real deep red and rich deep green.
